Electrical Project Manager – Central London

Irwin Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established M&E contractor renowned for delivering high-quality Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects throughout Central London.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their successful delivery team.

The Role
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Projects include prestigious commercial office refurbishments, workplace fit-outs and large-scale Cat A & Cat B developments across Central London.

Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical packages throughout the full project lifecycle.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.
Attend client, design and progress meetings.
Liaise closely with consultants, commercial teams and principal contractors.
Manage procurement of electrical materials and specialist subcontractors.
Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.
Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain high site standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the Building Services sector.
Strong background delivering Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects.
Excellent understanding of electrical building services installations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
Stable employment history with recognised M&E contractors.
